Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jl87 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation. jl87 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.
All games available on the jl87 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, jl87 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the players involved. jl87 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jl87 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be voided or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

jl87's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl87's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jl87 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jl87 may share player data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party service providers engaged to operate the Platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
jl87 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
